ensuring that your privacy is protected when personal information about you
is provided to it.  Throughout the remainder of this Privacy Policy references to:-

  • "we" or "us" shall mean Kimber Battlefield Tours Limited;
  • "you" shall mean the user of this website, which may include Customers;
  • "Customers" means the users of this website who book a Tour through this website;
  • "the Services" means the services made available to Customers via the Website but in particular shall include the service of arranging Tours;
  • "Tours" means the sightseeing tours of battlefields throughout Europe as listed on this website from time to time (and Tour shall mean one of them); and

We operate a policy of 100% opt-in marketing.
